God is good.

This week I have been asking myself this question and I challenge you to do the same: "Is Jesus Christ truly most precious to me, more than anything else in life."  Oh, most precious holy Saviour please put in us clean and pure hearts, ones that desire solely to know you and make you known in everything we think, say and do. Nothing in me is good, it’s only YOU. Remind me of that, daily. Please make me humble. Please help me to see life as you see it.
His mercy is so great and I am in oh so much need of it. This weekend my heart has been heavy regarding an issue that I was facing and needing to make a decision on. I was not sure whether I was walking into a "commitment" because of fear of man or if this truly was something I needed to be spending my time on. Regardless, my heart had been so heavy this weekend and I had been lifting it up to the Lord asking Him to make it clear and give me the strength I needed to make the right decision. YOU KNOW WHAT...HE ANSWERED...SO CLEARLY and made me so FREE and actually used other people to ANSWER my question. It was like this huge burden has been lifted. I still need to make a decision but the factors that had been weighing me down have been lifted. I'm not sure if that makes sense or not to you! REGARDLESS, PRAISE THE LORD OH MY SOUL, PRAISE THE LORD! He cares so greatly for us, yet I am so quickly to forget His goodness and His faithfulness. Please forgive me Lord. Thank you for washing me with your mercy.
